Flagship Tony Roma’s Restaurant on I-Drive in Orlando Undergos Restaurant Redesign
New global prototype design redefines and elevates brand experience
Our exciting Tony Roma’s 2.0 restaurant design, beginning with our flagship restaurant in Orlando on International Drive, is a refreshing new look that is ushering in a new generation of faithful Tony Roma’s fans.
Construction has begun to redesign the flagship Tony Roma’s restaurant on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Once complete, the 8,800-square-foot restaurant will feature a new sense of arrival, new indoor/outdoor bar, three private dining rooms, brand-centric décor with rustic elements and a new menu.
“The look and feel of our Tony Roma’s I-Drive restaurant will set a standard for the brand and future Tony Roma’s restaurants around the world,” says President and CEO Stephen Judge. “Tony Roma’s has stood the test of time for 44 years, and our new prototype redefines and elevates the brand experience to ensure Tony Roma’s remains a relevant driving force in global casual dining for years to come.”
The restaurant will have a dramatic entrance with a fire feature that welcomes guests as they step inside. A modern interpretation of a classic hand-hewn style will be reflected in the interior design, with the use of mixed materials such as exposed box beams, warm wood floors and painted tongue-and-groove walls. A warm color palette and comfortable upholstered seating will highlight the dining area, providing a refined dining experience that facilitates celebration and fun with family and friends.
Enjoy the energy of the new indoor/outdoor bar, a gathering place where guests will enjoy an extensive collection of craft beers, Tony Roma’s signature Romaritas® and an exciting new Romatini™ drink collection. Relax in the expanded outdoor patio, which will double in size and be covered for year-round use so guests can enjoy the Orlando weather and watch their favorite sporting events. The new menu features new product platforms to complement Tony Roma’s world-famous classics. The restaurant design facilitates all types of guest dining occasions, from couple’s night out to family and friends get-togethers to business meetings.
Dine in one of the three new beautifully appointed private dining rooms with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment to make the most of any business meeting or casual social gathering. The dining rooms will seat between 30 to 60 people each, with the ability to accommodate a total of 120 people. A designated Sales Manager will help plan every private dining event, coordinating all details and customizing menus for clients.
During the construction period, the restaurant will be closed for lunch and will open daily at 5 p.m. for dinner. The full menu will be available for guests to enjoy our world-famous ribs and signature sides.
