Tony Roma’s® Continues Latin American Growth with Opening of New Restaurant in Chile

January 15th, 2018. Romacorp, Inc., the parent company of Tony Roma’s®, announces the opening of its newest restaurant, located in Viña Del Mar, the fourth largest city in Chile. The restaurant is owned and operated by Diego Blanch Lusson of Pandora Inversiones SPA, and is the third Tony Roma’s in Chile and 28th in Latin America. The restaurant is also the first Tony Roma’s location outside the USA to introduce key elements of Tony Roma’s new global prototype concept, transforming the restaurant environment, service approach and food and beverage offerings to meet the demands of today’s consumer. The new menu is highlighted by a renewed focus on rib innovation, a “Bones & Bites” small plates section where guests can customize their experience, and an enhanced beverage platform with modern cocktails and a broad selection of draft and bottled beer and wine.
